Any confirmed and paid booking cancellation must be made directly to your speaking coach via the Speaking.Partners messaging platform. You must include a copy to support@speaking.partners. We will acknowledge and confirm your cancellation by email. The amount of the refund depends on the reason and timing of your cancellation. In certain cases, a full refund will be given.
